Man though, she sure is making the Mccain camp look bad. All day there keep poping up with bad stuff. I know none of its proven and it could be innocent but non the less.

Just today I hear she has a tanning bed in her Gov office in the capital. The mayor that replaced her in her Mayor job has said she left the city in a mess.

She hires friends on a whim.

She is not qualifed for the office she holds.

On and on.

Hope they treat her fair and either prove things or retract them. Its becoming a fiasco for the RED team.

Freedom Of Information Request - Obama/Steve Branchflower Letters

Today Christopher Huffman, a local Fairbanks resident served a Freedom of Information Act request on Steve Branchflower requesting any communication between representatives of Barack Obama and himself. In the letter, Chris Huffman states "I am deeply troubled by the conduct of the inquiry being conducted by Steve Branchflower into the removal of Walt Monegan from the position of Commissioner of the Department of Public Safety."

(FAIRBANKS) â€" In response to the political turn taken by the Legislative Council's inquiry into Walt Monegan's removal from office, today Christopher Huffman, a Fairbanks small business owner, filed an Alaska Freedom of Information Act request with Senator Kim Elton, Senator Hollis French, Stephen Branchflower, and Walter Monegan.

The request seeks "all documents pertaining to the Alaska State Legislature inquiry" into the Monegan matter, including all documents related to the hiring of Stephen Branchflower and the evaluation of any other candidates for the position; all communications between Mr. Branchflower, Mr. Monegan, Sen. Kim Elton, or Sen. Hollis French and other members of the Legislative Council; all documents relating to communications between the parties and PSEA officials relating to the inquiry; all documents relating to communications between the parties and representatives of the Obama campaign; and all documents relating to communications between the parties and blogger Andrew Halcro.

We look forward to openness and transparency from Senator Elton, Senator French, Mr. Branchflower, and Mr. Monegan in response to this request.

The problem is to me that this is all to show her character. I personally think that if she used her set of power to try personal attacks would make her a coward. I DO NOT think that she did but that is a personal opinion. Though I can see why some people may see this as an abuse of power and if it happened to be then I belive that the American people have the right to know.

The problem with America is that we let the media run wild with stories of teen pregnancy to "tanning beds". Not that it is the fault of the media to feed us what we order Tdown: . They have a job of telling us what we want to hear and that's how they make money, and who doesn't want to make money . The day that Americans start forcing the issues through any means necessary is the day that we can stop blaming the media and take control of how politicians act and manage the issues. Yes a persons actions before an election is a show of character and how that person runs their campaign and if they get the office they are running for.
