So I purchased the digital temp control for my new Traeger. Traeger Outlet has one with 180 as the low temp above smoke. I ordered it with a hopper extension on Monday and have it in the Traeger today.

Man I need to upgrade my smoker too. It looks like you'll have less worries now with the extender and temp gauge. You'll have to smoke up some food and post the pics so the rest of us can drool over it. Tup:
