kinda confused, in the regs it only talks about from mouth to voight from voight to hwy 162 bridge, is the water above 162 open? found a place that looks like it needs a mepps drug through it a few times. any one have clarification?

per page 32 under the Statewide General Rules, its open only from June 1 to Oct 31 above HWY 162. Below 162 to the mouth, the special rules on page 39 kick into effect.
