Thinking of hitting the green monday morning. Anyone think it will be any good at the carbody hole or should I hit the nasty really early and glowball for an hour or two?

First post here, so take it for what it's worth. Great board by the way.
I've been grinding it on the Green for weeks now, to the tune of at least 10 hours a week. I've hooked a few steelies, but for the time invested it just isn't worth it. I was talking to another guy on Wednesday down at the carbody hole and I made this analogy: Fishing the Green is kind of like going to the driving range... it's great for practicing your presentation, but it's poor for actually scoring. You may pick up the occasional steelie between Thanksgiving and New Years, but the odds are stacked against you. That being said, I'll keep fishing it because it's a nice river for access, and it's on the way home from work... but I'll do my weekend fishing elsewhere for now. Good luck up in FG, if I had to bet on catching a chromer in the Green, that'd be the first place I'd go. ~slider
