This is something I threw together for my steelhead and it was delicious. The only problem was that I didn't measure anything so I'll try and give an estimate:

3 parts Balsamic vinegar
2 part red wine vinegar
1 part soy sauce
handful of brown sugar
A couple tablespoons of honey

I mixed that together and put in a 9x9" baking pan, then placed half of a steelhead fillet, skin side up in the pan to marinate. I let mine rest for about 30 minutes.

While that's marinating, heat some olive oil in a skillet until very hot.

Place the fish skin side up in the pan to sear. Once the face of the meat is golden brown, flip it over to finish cooking.

Season with salt and pepper. I even drizzled some lemon juice on the fish.

Once the fish is done, remove it from the pan and turn the heat down.

Poor the remaining sauce in the pan and reduce until it is nice and thick.

Spoon the sauce over the fish and consume.
