Smoked Salmon Ball

1 pound smoked salmon
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated onion
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Flake salmon and remove bones.
Combine all ingredients except pecans.
Chill for 5 hours.
Form into ball.
Roll ball in chopped pecans.
Chill for 8 hours.
Serve it up :D

Note: You can substitute 1 pound of canned salmon and add 1/4 teaspoon Liquid Smoke. If you dont
have smoked salmon.

That looks a lot like the salmon ball recipe I put in the cookbook. I use parsley instead of the nuts. You can make a few of these at one time and freeze them for later use.
