Is there a sling launch in Tacoma open to public.

I found one (Ole and Charley) but it was $38 roundtrip.

Commencement Bay Marina, the old Totem Fuel Dock has one, don't know what the rates are but they are on Dock Street on the Foss Waterway. 253-572-2666
