We ate a few pounds of fresh puget shrimp last night thanks to a friend. clap:

They were unreal!!!

A fishing buddies dad had knee surgery recently so he is lending us his gear this year,,,cant wait!!

What is your favorite recipe?

Mine is shrimp kabob.

thread shrimp on a skewer
cover with cardinis ceasar dressing
sprinkle with Chef Huangs vegetable seasoning or creole seasoning

cook em over a hot flame and dont over do em Tup:

live boiled shrimp dipped into a light soy sauce/soy bean oil/cilantro/garlic/ginger/green onion mixed sauce.

Marinate in a cajun sauce in the shell, and deep fry. Cool slighly, peel and eat. No dipping needed and it's the best I've ever tasted.

I made up my own recipe off the internet. It needs to be a liquid. Next time, I will be vacuum sealing the shrimp in a large container to get more of the marinade/spices inside the shell.
