CAUTION! Washington State Homeowners.
If you receive one of these notices be sure to check with the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions http://www.dfi.wa.gov/ to verify they are licensed in this State BEFORE calling the number on the mailing.
It appears on the surface to be a violation of Washington State disclosure requirements so I would caution anyone who received one of these mailing not to panic.
If you did have a loan funded with First Magnus Financial Corp it was probably sold to another servicing company. Do not fall for this kind of deceptive advertising. If you have any doubt check the link provided.
