Pistol Help?

I am looking at getting a .40 caliber, semi-auto handgun. Most of my handgun experience is with revolvers. I have narrowed it down to these 4 guns. If anyone has experience or knowledge with any of these I would really appreciate the help. All of these are below $500, if you were wondering why I chose only these. Smith and Wesson M&P, Stoeger Cougar(formerly Beretta), Beretta PX4 storm, and Springfield Armory XD. Thanks, Mike

another vote for the XD... But Ive got the .45. The sweet thing about the XD 45 is it holds 13 +1

It is also accurate. Its the best shooting auto I have, Shoots everyting, no jams, easy to clean/disassemble. And If you do some looking you can get it for about $459.00, with a carry case, 2 mags, and a belt holster... a sweet auto for the money!
