Was first boat in commencement bay today and got one steelhead about 18 inches long. threw it back. 2 hookups and one fish lost at surface. No other boats caught abcd either. Will try to hit evening bite wed and will report back then.

  3. Fished the mouth from 5:30am to around 10:00am. Lots of boats but very few fish caught. We trolled herring and hoochie/hotspots without a hit all morning.
