Went to the Carbody Hole this morning and started down by the log jam boy has this part of the river changed in the pasted few weeks. There is now a large sand/gravel bar in front of most of the log jam and the river has cut into the bank on the right hand side if you are looking down stream and the water flows through there quite fast now the funnel effect. The large snag that was in that hole that the fish would lay behind is gone it was easy to lose 1/2 doz. rigs in a short time if you cast too far out in the river when fishing that hole in the pasted I was trying to get snagged to see if it was still there but could not find it. Fished the hole stretch of the car body hole on the way out saw 1 Coho landed. Left around 10:00 and headed up to Metzlers and fished till about 12:00 caught 1 white fish saw no other fish jump or roll.

We did not go down that far this morning, but did see a new tree in the river just below hwy 18, actually a few new trees....
