States - Washington, Idaho, Oregon, New Jersey, Iowa, Pennsylvania, Alaska, New Mexico.
Countries - Germany, Switzerland, Taiwan, Canada.

Back before the territorial fisheries zone was 200 miles, it was only 12 miles from shore, so technically I did a whole lot of fishing in international waters.

I know there are a few more states that go overlooked, but the ones I can verify include Colorado, Michigan, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. As far as countries go, I have caught fish in three: The United States, Canada, and Uganda.
