Is there a way for users to activate a hover-display-box like on the old site?

Previously, when I'd mouse-hover over a post-title a windows type hover-box would display about the first 4-5 lines of posted text. This is a great method of scanning posts, without having to actually take the time to open & close the thread. (boy that's a terrible looking "and" font ...). the font in the subject-box appears to be different ...? Anybody know what font this is (I'd previously thought Veranda or Arial, but not with this & for an "and" symbol). At times portions of posts might be taken from other documents, and I'd like to be able to match the forum-standard in the future.

I've asked about the "hover-display-box" a few times and have heard that it is being looked into. Always glad to see that I'm not the only one interested in that feature. I've noticed the weird looking & sign too. Not sure how or if you can change the font.
