    If you are making a large batch of pepper sauce wear gloves!
    * 1lb scotch bonnet peppers or other hot peppers
    * 1tbsp salt
    * White distilled vinger or vegetable oil
    Add the peppers and salt to a food processor and pulse until they are minced finely. Add the vinger or the oil while the processor is running. Oil will make the sause hotter. Mix until it has the consistency of a thick sauce. Pour into glass bottles and store in refrigerator for at least 5 days so that the flavors can develop.
