I see one of our state's wonderful legislators, Brown, is trying to get the courts to toss the will of the people. Typical Taxaholic behaviour. She must have not paid much attention to the part about representing her constituents. Oh well the Dems always know what's good for us better than we do. sick:

Senate Majority Leader, Lisa Brown, is trying to get the state Supreme Court to toss out the initiaves that say they cannot raise taxes without a two-thirds legislative approval. She is suing on the premise that the law is unconstitutional.
Imagine the gall of the voter to think they can limit the taxaholics appetite for money and accessibility to the taxpayers pocket.
Voter approved Initiave 601 and Initiave 960 are at risk.
So much for her obligation to represent her constituents.
