Hawks are looking a lot better today. They have even run a screen pass for a TD. Alexander is looking much better too. Defense playing very well also.

We don't really have the luxury of playing the 2nd and 3rd team guys as the Hawks still need to maintain their lead over TB Bucs.

The Ravens really suck. I almost felt sorry for them. The defense looked really
good. It seems like somebody new steps up every week for a great game. This
week it was Tapp. I'd give Matthew a B- . SA a B+. The receivers an A- .
It was nice to see Seneca take some snaps. Even though he almost threw a pick.
If I had my way, Seneca would take off running one out of every three plays when
he is in there. Otherwise he is a very mediocore back up QB. There was a lot of
back slapping from teammates when SA scored the TD. I got the impression they
were trying to show him they still had faith in him, but they think he can do more
and are hoping to squeeze it out of him. SA still is carrying the ball in his right
hand. I noticed too that he never uses his left hand to lift himself off the ground.

I hope we do get the play the Vikings. I think we can beat them. The Seahawks
are relatively healthy.... Knocking on wood.

The defense is still playing strong, the offense is a little hit and miss though..I still don't feel 100% confident that alexander's wrist is good to go, but is was nice to see him gain a few yard's yesterday that's got to be good for his confidence... Tup:

The Vikings aren't gonna make it to the playoffs as they lost yesterday. All the Redskins have to do is beat the Cowboys and they are in. We will get the Redskins at our house 1st weekend in January. Can't wait!!! Tup:

I think the back slapping was due to the fact that he had just become the 8th player in NFL history to score 100 TD's but I could be wrong!

#37 is improving..he should be well rested and have fresh legs for the playoffs..thats when we reely need him to be on top of his game..his injury and time off during the regular season may have been a good thing for the team....if next weeks game is meaningless I would let wallace play a lot at qb..why take the risk with Matt...treat it like a pre season game...our first team squad is ready.

I agree about Seneca playing next week. Sometimes I wonder if Holmie
is more worried about hurting Seneca or Matt.

I watched the game late last night on the DVR. I thought the hawks looked reall good. I know they weren't palying a playoff team, but I think they are starting to jell a bit. I am far more optomistic for the playoffs now then I was a week or two ago!

Actually he is still looking for his 100th rushing TD, that was a passing TD. I think the fact that he rammed it in their and looked awesome and averaged over five yards a carry is something everyone wanted to see him do, including the players. I didnt see Morris do to well against the same D yesterday.

Bobby Engram did set a team record though in receptions during a season.

I wouldn't after watching the Redskins dismantle the Vikings last night. It was very apparent that the Vikings can be beat by loading the box and making them throw the ball. Redskins are much more balanced but we should be able to handle them at home.

i wish we would put seneca in at WR a little more...i would LOVE to see a little Reverse from Shaun to Seneca and then have Seneca throw a TD to a wide open engram. if holmgren wanted to, he could make some insane plays for seneca at WR(with him ending up throwing a pass)...my ideas are endless, i need to send them via fan mail to holmgren!
