TNT says good fishing for Natives up to 30 (yep THIRTY)  pounds this past week.
Let us all know how it goes.
(30 must have meant 20, slipped finger on the keyboard) :?:

Fished above and below Flaming Geyser this afternoon. Didnt see a fish turn at all. The river is pretty low, you would think they would keep it up a little bit higher with the natives rolling in (hopefully).

I had a great time on the river the weather was nice. Water was low and clear made for some pretty scenery. The fishing was very slow I heard of one fish a upper teens nat buck. The new float rod and reel worked good. The Okuma reel really surprised me very smooth. While I am not a fan of spinning reels I did enjoy it. Throwing light gear with a bait caster is just to difficult. I was really surprised at how few people were on the river. A lot of changes have taken place on that stretch of the river since the last time i was down there. No fish but a nice outing.
