Did she color her hair her self? i maintain pools and I only heard that it happens when you use the cheapper hair stuff. I also wonder what the chlorine level was. now that I maintain them I will only swim in my pools. I have seen public pools that are not in good shape. personaly I have never had a case in my pool that I know of and I have never seen it. sure would look funny I spose. :lol:
