    I use the brine below for everything, Coho, Chinook and even the one Chum I caught! This is a batch of jerky I made but the brine is same for everything

    I clicked on the picture and it is just larger on photo bucket. Salt water is the brine? o_O

    I see a "click to expand", when you hit that the steps, more photos and recipe drop down in view. Looks good!

    I did that yesterday but it didn't expand. It did today and looks good. Thanks for the heads up

    Sea Kitten, have you tried using real maple sugar versus imitation flavoring? I use it on my salmon candy, a little expensive but well worth the cost.

    Yours looks really good, nice job.
