Color TV?

Use your TIVO or cable search. There are several out there and a few worth watching. North To Alaska was one of my favorites (Smokee Joe's cookin' at the end was always entertaining...seems all of his recipes included a 1/2 pound of mayonaise though). There are some decent fly fishing shows too. Shark Hunters (when/if it airs again) is great. The best, however, is Deadliest Catch.

Online tv guide for where ever you are. It even has my small cable company in Graham analog or digital.
I don't know if it will work on public tv (meaning not cable).
Do a search for fishing shows and see what comes up.

going big with the 13 inch TV james! haha normally on sunday mornings you can find something on OLN or the outdoors channel or even FSN. might not be salmon or local if its on OLN or the outdoors channel but its always interesting to watch fishing from another part of the states or world
