Went up to thew Wallace today with my float rod to see if I could find some chrome. The first time I used her i got a steelies and wanted to extend the streak. I talked to a few guys in the parking lot who had no luck and did not see a fish all day. I got back in the Jeep and headed to the Sky. Fished for a 15 mins and my float goes under, yucky boot coho. A few cast later I get another coho wich was a hen so i bonked her on the beek. I go 20 mins with one swing and a miss then bloop my float goes under and i try to hit my self in the butt. It did not fight hard at first but had some head shakes that suggested it was not a salmon, then it gets air born!!! I see a big colorfull buck and yell who hoo, and the boat below me askes if I needed help, I replyed "YES PLEASE"!! Thay pull ther boat to the bank and jump out with ther net to help. At this point im thinking its a nate but after getting him close we see the cliped fin and net it. I really appreciate the help from fellow fishermen today, thay saw I had a nice fish with no way of netting it and thay gladly helped and took my photos for me. That is what fishing is all about Tup:

Ya. I nailed a couple cookie cutter chromers yesterday afternoon up higher and saw a couple others caught too. Not as big as mayfly's summer run though.

Last time i said that i had four trips with four hook ups with steel and i def thought i was done with my streak and i went 8 trips with steel landed!!! Tup: So hopefully the same happens to you.
