Heres the list to date:

1. Change wiper motors. (dead)
2. Install washdown kit ( purchased this weekend)
3. Have canopy tear repaired. (Wind storm, flying wood, 3 ft tear)
4. Replace antenna (stepped on, broke)
5. Install second battery and switch (had it for two years... pretty lame)
6. Clean up wiring
7. Change downrigger cables
8. Change wheel bearings (Been 7 years, thought it might be a good idea)

And of course, give it an overall cleaning.

Anyone else have a list to share?

Carefully review your list and figure out how much time and money you think you will need to finish the list. Now multiply both the time and money amounts by 2.7334. That should give you a better idea of what it will really take, and also give you a little wiggle room for the other broken stuff you find, and the stuff you break while fixing the original stuff! :)

Have fun and good luck!

Are you really hard on washdown pumps or are they fragile? I'm putting mine in this weekend I hope.

Only if you don't drain them, and it freezes.
I screwed mine up the firse freeze this fall...ahhhhhhh!
Turn it on when you haul out, and pump it dry, even if it looks like it might not freeze.
