Nice lookin Butts! I'll be doing that this weekend so we can have some Pulled Pork on Xmas day. The last couple I did turned out great. I'll also be throwing in some ribs to eat that day.

I thought it might be. I really like the color you get with that Traeger BBQ rub. And it tastes great too.

But its not only the rubs and spices that add color, through trial and error I have also found that other rubs can acheive the same color

I put 2 butts on the smoker this afternoon. Should be done sometime tomorrow so we'll have pulled pork for Christmas Day.
