and welcome to Mystical Legends web site.
My name is Phil Stephens
and I am the Owner of Mystical Legends Guide
Service. I have been fishing the rivers I
currently guide on for many years. I started
fishing most of these when I was about 8 years
old. I started fishing for the small searun
cutthroat that inhibit most of our streams
and rivers here in the Northwest.
After hooking my first
Steelhead while trout fishing in a small stream
near my house, I was hooked! Salmon were next.
In 1996 I decided to try
my hand at guiding and love it! There's nothing
that gives me more pleasure than the looks
on my clients faces when they hook a fish.
From young to old, male or female, I offer
trips for every one and every level of experience.

I'm also United States
Coast Guard Licensed and approved and fully
insured. I'm also First Aid and CPR Certified
