Hmmm - tired of Bass yet??

If you clicked on this post, you are probably not. Neither are we! Bring on the bucketmouths! So, here it is another slug of Pig-N-Jig-N pics from Long and Hicks Lake.
After our Saturday AM coffee and NW Wild Country, out the door we went. The weather was great and the Bass were on the bite. We found docks, tree overhangs and brush to be the cover favored by these fattys. Score = 6 fish landed; 1 lost at the boat. All were hooked and safely released. Once again the BOOYAH gear comes through!
We sprung a small rivet leak on the Jon boat today and Cami was a great sport today, as she was the “bail-out queen.” She did not get to do much fishing today, but she graciously says that the company was all that really mattered.

Thanks for all of the comments. I apologize for all of the cheezy grip-n-grin shots . Either we will have fixed the leaky rivet for the next time, or it will be Cami's chance to hook all the ditchpickles (and I will be stuck "bailing")!

Those are great action photo's ma took! You must have got her something real nice for mothers day, for her to be your bailout. If ya need a aluminum welder to fix up the SS Ditch Pickle let me know.

Who knows, you just might get the majority of torpedo chasers enough of a temptation to give bass fishing a try.

Tired, NO, Jealous, Yes , when are you 2 going to go LIng fishing (fresh fisn-n-chips) , but if I could catch Bass like you 2, I guess Ling fishing might not be such an easy choice

I love it when you get great days like that on the local Largemouth lakes, it is some of the funnest fishing that you can do. My opening day bassin wasnt as good as the 25 lb. limit of last year, but a couple nice fish in the pics below. Potholes Open below

here's what you need to do......come down to the cowlitz with me for a day and get the "skunk" off of my boat or i need to take up bassin'! nice fishes, and beautiful weather make for a really good time.
